Cancellation Policy
Reservations canceled more than 60 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a 3% credit card fee. The credit card fee is charged by the bank and can be avoided by sending a check for the deposit.
Deposit Policy
50% of the stay is due when reservation is booked. Balance of Reservation due 60 days prior to check in. Refundable security deposit paid with 2nd payment and will be refunded 14 days after check out provided there is no damage to the property. Reservations canceled more than 60 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a 3% credit card fee. The credit card fee is charged by the bank and can be avoided by sending a check for the deposit. The full security deposit will be refunded for all cancellations.

"Bar Harbor Bliss"
Everything was perfect for our family!! The home was wonderfully comfortable! The location was perfect…..great views ….and at night seeing the lights of Bar Harbor and not being in the crowds of town was so comforting. Our agent was most attentive and helpful from all standpoints!! We cannot wait to visit again!

Our family enjoyed staying here. The views were spectacular. Close to Acadia and downtown bar harbor. The house was very well stocked and very clean.
"A Perfect Family Escape in a Beautiful Home!"
Our multi-generational family of 8 spent a magical 10 days in this beautiful home. Upon arrival, the house was immaculately clean. Mornings were spent having coffee on the patio while watching the sunrise, collecting rocks, shells and sea glass on the private beach and watching for the resident eagles. This home is perfectly suited for families coming together to cook meals in the spacious kitchen, play games and relax in the spacious living area. It feels so private with spectacular views of Frenchman’s Bay but also so close to the action in downtown Bar Harbor as well as Acadia. We hiked, biked, boated, kayaked, spent a day jumping in the cold waves at Sand Beach and were even able to see some of the fourth of July fireworks over the Bay. The kitchen is very well stocked and the rooms are all very comfortable. Veena was extremely responsive and helpful with all questions. We truly did not want to leave and can’t wait to return!

Fabulous place for two families. Waterfront view was so incredible. Great outdoor dining and grill. Lots of room for hanging out. Hated to leave this morning!
