Located in the heart of downtown Bar Harbor is this cute townhouse (end unit). Nicely appointed with most of what you will need to make your stay comfortable. Set just off Cottage Street in a private parking area, it has a quiet feel to the area yet still in the heart of all the action!
Furnished with three bedrooms, one with a king, one with a queen and a third bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa. The third bedroom can also function as a second place to hang out with convenient access to the back patio. Air conditioning units located in all three bedrooms as well as the living room.
Cafe's, restaurants, shops, supermarket and the waterfront are all within 2 to 5 minutes from the property. Acadia National Park is just a short drive away. Bar Island, a great little hike is about a quarter mile away. Free parking for two cars back to back is available. Walk out on to Cottage Street and get fresh baked goods next store or dine in one of the popular restaurants across the street. You can take a short walk up Cottage Street and have breakfast at the famous Jordan's Restaurant, known for their Blueberry pancakes!
Head down Cottage Street to visit the many shops and a little further down to reach Agamont Park and the town pier. Go up one of the side streets and reach more stores and restaurants including one of our favorites, Cafe This Way, off of Mt Desert Street. Heading down Mt Desert is the Village Green in the center of town where the summer concerts are performed. The Island Explorer free bus service (runs in season) leaves from the Village Green and takes you into Acadia National Park.
